I found myself in the process of my own high-conflict divorce when I realized I was in a fight for my life and livelihood in a very high conflict divorce. I soon learned that divorcing a narcissist or other high-conflict individual can become one of the most difficult challenges of a person’s life. At the same time, while providing mental health therapy to clients who found themselves in relationships with narcissists, I found myself needing to do more than provide therapy but also to prepare my clients for the journey of divorcing a narcissist and other high conflict individuals in today’s court systems. As a result, I became a Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach. It became my mission to help others on their journey.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the States of Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Maryland, and Virginia with over 20 plus years of experience in the mental health field. I’m also a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider in the State of Virginia, with several years of experience working with sex offenders and difficult individuals. I’m a Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach (trained by Tina Swithin) and a member of the National Association of Divorce Professionals.
